Before choosing a party bus for your group transportation, make sure the company is fully legal and has the correct insurance. Here are a few tips to consider:
1. Request a certificate of insurance (must be a commercial policy).
2. Check the DOT database to see if the carrier is authorized to operate by clicking here.
3. Check the Kansas Corporation Commission database by clicking here. The carrier must have KCC authority to leave the city limits of Wichita.
4. Check for online reviews.
Party Express is the ONLY party bus company in Wichita that is legal to operate. Please call the DOT local office at 785-271-3145 to confirm a carrier’s status. Do not jeopardize the safety of you and your passengers!

We engineer our buses specifically for the broad range of clients we serve. We spare no expense on maintenance and upkeep. Our stereo systems are the loudest and most interactive of any bus in town, built with the highest quality components possible. We do not install TVs or any object in the bus that can be broken, leading to you or your guests being charged frivolous amounts after the party. All our buses include: an iPad with chart-topping music to keep the party moving, an iPod hookup for your own musical selection, a leading edge sound system, sleek, wrap-around leather seating with cup holders, neon disco and laser lights, climate controls, large windows and plenty of room for dancing fun for everyone on board. To reserve a bus simply call and we will take some basic information and a credit or debit card for a $50-$75 down payment. *Listed pricing is for the Wichita KS area. Additional charges may apply for surrounding cities.
WHAT IF I BOOKED THE PARTY AND NEED TO CANCEL?
You automatically forfeit your down payment, however, we try to work with you if you cancel more than a month beforehand. If you cancel more than a month’s notice and would like to reschedule, we will work with you on the deposit for that date. If the cancellation is made a week or less prior to the date, you’re subject to lose the down payment and will have to pay the half of the rental amount, NO EXCEPTIONS.
